Q Clothing is the UK’s leading ex-chain store, wholesale clothing business. They were keen to revamp their web presence, streamline their services and combine their stocking and shipping systems with a view to reaching more customers. Thanks to collaboration with Dots+Circles this business has achieved strong returns on their investment as a result of both simplified operation processes and increased turnover.

To improve Q Clothing’s position in the wholesale market and to ultimately reach more customers.

Our key goals were re-branding, improving product attractiveness and ensuring that the company’s website would work across smart devices and touch interfaces. Other sizeable challenges we worked on included integrating stock management and shipping logistics.

A full trading history and nearly 20,000 customer accounts needed to be migrated from the old web platform to the new one while maintaining data security. In essence, Q Clothing needed a scalable e-commerce solution to support sustainable future growth.

Dots+Circles have significantly improved Q Clothing’s business logistics and boosted their turnover. We delivered a brand new Magento-based site that turned previously fragmented operations and digital marketing tools into one consolidated framework.

Automatisation and integration of multiple daily tasks has increased the efficiency of back-office operations, while search engine optimisation has attracted a significant volume of new customers. The company’s new clear and contemporary interface provides an enhanced customer shopping experience and as a result customer-relationship management has substantially improved.

Today Q Clothing also have better access to statistical data and sales/performance measures, which helps them with internal business analysis. Within 6 months of the site release date, Q Clothing achieved growth of close to 30% that translated into a 36% increase in their sales. At the beginning of 2015, Q Clothing’s organic traffic was boosted up by over 94%, which is why our client enjoyed a 66% increase in revenue over the previous year.
